It all started for me at a local YMCA in the mountains of Western North Carolina where I began my bodybuilding journey. I was a skinny 17 year old basketball player that just wanted to add some muscle onto my frame. Little did I know, months later I would catch the bug and fall in love with the gym, and years down the road become Mr. USA and competitive IFBB Pro bodybuilder.
 

I started competing in 2015 and competed again in 2017 and 2018 before taking an extended improvement season (3 years) to project me into my 2021 season where I went pro.

After 2 years of more improvement completely immersed in the bodybuilding grind, I competed in the 2023 Texas Pro, one of the most competitive pro shows of the year, for my pro debut. I placed 5th and was very happy, but not satisfied.
 

Now, in 2024, I am prepping for the Chicago Pro where my goal is to qualify for the Olympia.

Over this last decade of bodybuilding, I have learned so much about myself, bodybuilding, training, nutrition, and especially mental fortitude. This is something I always strive to relay to my clients and followers. I always want to lead by example!
 

Bodybuilding is at the core of who I am. I hope you will follow my process to the top of the top in the IFBB and be able to learn from me whether you are following along, or have a personal client/coach relationship with me.
